Fiery Fall Cider Martinis

It’s the most WONDERFUL time of the year…FALL IN NEW ENGLAND. To celebrate make this warming  and fiery martini this weekend. Also, a shout out to my #1 taste-tester the HUBBY, we are celebrating our 4 year anniversary today!

Fiery Fall Cider Martini – makes 2 large martinis

1 cup of chilled good quality apple cider
4 BIG shots of chilled vodka
2 shots of FireBall Cinnamon Whisky

½ and apple – diced into small chunks and two slices for garnish

A few dashes of All-Spice
Shaker
Ice
Two chilled Martini Glasses

A few hours before, dice up the ½ an apple, put into small container and pour over Fireball, put the soaked apples in the freezer to chill

When ready to make – put ice, cider, vodka and a few dashes of all spices (easy on the spices, a little goes a long way) and SHAKE!

Fill your chilled martini glass with about 2 tablespoons each of the soaked apples and pour martini mixture over them, garnish with an apple slice and CHEERS TO FALL!
